Pagans - Romantic Idealists of Modern Natural Spirituality

In a world of violent religious fundamentalist extremists blowing each up, along with any nearby innocents, in the name of their  supposedly peaceful religions, and attempting or successfully influencing government to enforce their religious tenets, whether they are devout christians, jews, or muslims, the people who making the most  sense are the pagans, followed by atheists. and those who do not follow  the tenets of any organized religion.

Where are the Christians who are supposed to believe in LOVE THY NEIGHBOR as the greatest of all commandments? After years, they are  still fighting the Crusades, all supposedly to find and kill a terrorist whose name does not deserve to be further famed by repeating it here.  Who has really done the most damage to the USA, if not the terrorists in charge who have used fear tactics to destroy freedom through the Patriot Act?

Pagans are not devoid of spiritual beliefs. Pagans believe in the  sciences, natural sciences, physical sciences. Although pagans do tend  to study sciences thought of as ancient, such as herbology, without which, modern medicine would be quite lacking, they allow themselves to  adopt modern fact. Intelligent and educated pagans do not cling to  ancient beliefs when presented with disproving evidence.

When people think of pagans, they might think of ancient tribes who  were mass murdered by religious extremist governments. Due to such genocides, smart pagans have stayed quiet rather than become mainstream.

One can disprove many religious myths, but many pagans simply claim  that there is such a thing as spirituality which has not yet been satisfactorily explained by modern theories.

Intuition is an example of enhanced spirituality that cannot yet be  explained. Precognition, thought projection and reception, are all experiences that are quite common and routine in people who are tuned in to their psychic senses. For now, these are classified as phenomena,  but some day in the future, science might provide facts rather than  theories to explain how these powers are possible. Scientists understand that the average person only uses a small portion of their cognitive abilities.

So long as there are extreme radical religious fundamentalist  fanatics in positions of power in government, the wars to kill each  other, between the religions proven false, long ago, by science, will continue.

Pagans do not have any agenda for converting anyone to their beliefs. We simply believe in the future, and as genocides have proven, future  will take place with or without our existence in the physical body.
